We love this tree, and so does our cat. This tree is a beautiful addition to the living room and blends in seamlessly with the furniture. Every guest I have over compliments it! The instructions seem daunting at first but assembly and disassembly are very easy AND can be done alone. Our cat is a rescued stray and didn’t really know what to make of the tree at first, but now he gets full use out of it. He especially likes to sit on the shelf near the sisal scratcher and scratch it from above, lol. The sisal pads and carpets hold up very well from daily use, and it’s easy to clean this tree because everything you’d have to vacuum is removable. The “stem” of the tree can be a little wobbly when the cat dismounts from the very top perch (the concave one), but it’s never come close to tipping in my experience. It just looks scary. So glad we invested in this tree because it was worth its price tag as someone who cannot stand the look of standard cat trees.

TLDR; Classy, stunning living room furniture. Easy to clean and assemble. Cat loves it and uses it daily.

Great cabinet. Easy assembly

Our cats use a regular litter box. Not Self-Cleaning. However we noticed they did not like the lack of height and the small opening of the other litter box enclosures. We felt like The Refined Feline regular litter box enclosure entrance would be too tall for them, so we bought the Self Cleaning enclosure. The cats love the height, the extra space and no small opening to crawl through for the entrance/exit. The only thing I would improve on this product is changing the feet to self-leveling feet.

The info/data it generates is so valuable. If a cat is using the box or not it lets me know and I can check up on the kitty. Love the camera. It took awhile to figure out how to use it but it’s awesome.
So easy to empty waste compartment. I can’t get down to go under things and so many boxes have the bin on the bottom.

I have a massive litter box (24”x16x16) and a very picky cat. While this piece was designed for a litterbox robot, I used it to hide said massive litter box and litter genie. It all fits great and is much more sightly than being out in the open or in the bathroom. It provides the storage I need and the privacy the cat wants. The quality of the furniture is absolutely there, and I understand the price because of it. Even more impressive though, is the customer service. I ordered with the standard 10% off and saw within a few hours that they were doing 20% off holiday sale. I reached out for a price adjustment refund and was immediately given one, no hassles.
Furthermore, when one of the pieces arrived with a hairline crack (the local delivery is careless with packages), I raised my concerns to the customer service team. Once again, immediately offered a replacement part or partial refund. I chose the replacement part and it arrived within a few days. Excellent customer service is what keeps customers returning and I will be purchasing a second piece of furniture for the other litter box in the house.

100% worth the money.

I absolutely am more than completely satisfied with my pro model litterbox. It took me some exploration to figure out how to get the camera in play but once I did I am having an insane amount of fun with this. Two out of my 3 kitties decided this is their new spot within the first 24 hours of setting up the box. The third kitty was very interested and almost went in when the box started re-syncing and the motion scared her.
I am going in for shoulder replacement soon and badly needed a way to help my friends care for my kitties. This is an awesome solution. I will be able to use the waste compartment with one arm. Love it.
I appreciate three deodorizer packs being included. I wish even 4-5 bags had been because they’re out of stock and it’s a bit of a problem. The customer comment that you can use grocery store bags was huge. I live in a state that has banned them so I’m glad I kept a stash

Love this new enclosure, the smoke matches my cabinets perfectly. Assembly was simple, looks great and is sturdy. I have the opening facing to the right towards the wall, got the matching litter catcher to set in front of opening and pushed it towards the wall, work GREAT dog stays out of it and no has to see the litter box 🙂 I also purchased a turntable and sat the litter box on it, makes changing a breeze, just turn it towards the doors. Great purchase!!

The quality is impressive. Easy to follow directions with all tools included to put it together. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I find the inner liner box cumbersome to pull out each time I need to clean the litter box.

The shelves are perfect, strong and beautiful. My girls love them.

I’ve had the cabinet set up for about a week. It is coming down today. At first they (I have 4 cats) appeared confused between the liner and their actual litter box so there was a lot of pee on the bottom of the liner. I thought they’d do better if I removed the liner so I did that. Still pee’d in the cabinet. It is more trouble than it’s worth. Did not have this issue before we had the cabinet. They are ages 9, 4. 4, and 2 so not elderly cats fyi.

I spent ages searching for a solid wooden litter box cabinet that would look nice in my small living room, but was big enough to store a litter box. One of my cats is pretty large so the litter box is much bigger than most cabinets can hold. I was impressed by how easy it was to put together, but also how solid the hardware is. It’s a huge upgrade if you’re used to particle board furniture from Wayfair or IKEA. My cats were very quickly happy to use it, and they also love sitting on top. One small complaint I have is that the doors are a little wobbly to close, but I only open the doors to scoop the box so it’s not a dealbreaker. It would be cool if they added a tray on a track to the bottom so that you could pull the litterbox out to clean it, but pulling the liner out works just fine. Very happy with the cabinet!

I have mixed feelings about this item. My goal was that my 4 cats would stop spreading litter from their feet across the floor. The litter box helps somewhat but not entirely. The box is very large so furniture had to be moved around to fit it – that’s okay. The biggest issue I have is that my cats have apparently become confused about the edge of the actual litter box and the liner, so there was urine all over the bottom of the liner when I went to clean it this morning. I think I have solved that issue by just removing the liner and I hope that going forward it won’t be such a mess.

I got the white modern one and my furniture and style is minimalist mid century modern. Looks great. I’ll probably change out the pulls to something else to match the gold in my room. These are silver. I was a bit upset tho the box was delivered and two pieces were slightly split. It wasn’t until after I put it away put it together I saw the paper saying do not remove it from the box etc. oh well looks good and works. Way better than any other option online. I looked for months.

I’m not much for home decor, but I wanted to invest in something well made and modern looking for my cats. The shelf looks great in the living room, and my silly cats become the wall art when they’re playing or napping on it. Everything is solid and looks great after 4 years of use— I haven’t even needed a carpet replacement. Can’t recommend this product more.

Great quality love it

I love giving my two cats all the extra spaces I can for them to perch and lounge about on but I was getting really tired of the wear and tear from traditional, carpeted cat trees. They can be quite messy too. I love this modern cat condo. It’s sleek and clean and one of my cats in particular really loves to just hang out at the top! A good option to modernize your cat furniture!

My two cats love the long Lotus shelf and in order to give them some more high perch options without all the messy carpet fibers I opted to buy the Lotus cat tower. My cats are still warming up to it but I love the way it looks. I really appreciate the ease of assembling and that every product I’ve ordered seems to be very well made. Very heavy, sturdy pieces. One of my cats it’s a big boy and although the piece wobbles just a little when he jumps up to the top, I feel assured that it’s not gonna collapse on us or anything. It’s more due to the curvy shape of the tree but there is a support arm to ensure that it can handle jumps to the top! Overall I think it’s a great look, great high perch option without having to hang more shelves and very clean!

The cat litter box arrived in well protected packaging. Clear, easy to follow, instructions allowed step-by-step assembly. Only hitch was one of the door hinges was broken. Contacted Customer service immediately via phone and received instructions to send pictures of broken hinge. A replacement hinge was ordered and delivered about 8 days later. Easy installation of the replacement hinge and the litter box cabinet is complete. Our 2 cats are slowly using this box in their routine. Also decided to use the box as a stand for 32″ TV. Works perfectly. Recommend this purchase.

Did not receive the correct doors that I ordered. Disappointed.

We love our lotus cat tower it is amazing! Our home’s first tower was purchased years ago. Our parents decided a second tower would be a valuable addition to our home to keep us fit and healthy.
We keep our cat food in the bottom cubby to keep from brother Groot the Labrador. We spend hours sleeping on top keeping an eye on the birds and squirrels! We give 2 paws up, way up!

This is an elegant and very sturdy tower! My 15 pound cat made it to the top level on the first day. She loves all the different levels. The openness of the tower also does not block my views of the outside. She never used the enclosed hut on her old one; this is much more to her preference. It was very easy to put together as the directions are explicit and easy to follow. Highly recommend! This will last forever!

The product is nice, but it has a very very strong chemical/paint smell that has not dissipated in the month it was unboxed. I’d venture to guess that these fumes are likely harmful to not only pets but also humans. If it wasn’t for the fumes I would have given this a 5 star review but it is so bad it has made me ill. The product fits my Litter Robot 4 wonderfully and I am very sad this didn’t work out.

I absolutely love the Refined Cat Litter Box Deluxe! It shipped quickly, was very well packed to protect its contents, is well constructed, comes with solid instructions and is easy to assemble. The dimensions easily house the extra large litter box system we utilize and the internal space/doors make it very easy to clean the litter box every day. The drawer is also incredibly handy and spacious to house treat, grooming tools, etc. Lastly, this cabinet is so aesthetically pleasing and conceals an unattractive litter box, making it possible to put it into almost any room in your home. If you have any reservations about buying this item, don’t! I 10/10 recommend!!
