Refined Self Cleaning Litter Box Cabinet

Great cabinet. Easy assembly

Our cats use a regular litter box. Not Self-Cleaning. However we noticed they did not like the lack of height and the small opening of the other litter box enclosures. We felt like The Refined Feline regular litter box enclosure entrance would be too tall for them, so we bought the Self Cleaning enclosure. The cats love the height, the extra space and no small opening to crawl through for the entrance/exit. The only thing I would improve on this product is changing the feet to self-leveling feet.

I have a massive litter box (24”x16x16) and a very picky cat. While this piece was designed for a litterbox robot, I used it to hide said massive litter box and litter genie. It all fits great and is much more sightly than being out in the open or in the bathroom. It provides the storage I need and the privacy the cat wants. The quality of the furniture is absolutely there, and I understand the price because of it. Even more impressive though, is the customer service. I ordered with the standard 10% off and saw within a few hours that they were doing 20% off holiday sale. I reached out for a price adjustment refund and was immediately given one, no hassles.
Furthermore, when one of the pieces arrived with a hairline crack (the local delivery is careless with packages), I raised my concerns to the customer service team. Once again, immediately offered a replacement part or partial refund. I chose the replacement part and it arrived within a few days. Excellent customer service is what keeps customers returning and I will be purchasing a second piece of furniture for the other litter box in the house.

Love this new enclosure, the smoke matches my cabinets perfectly. Assembly was simple, looks great and is sturdy. I have the opening facing to the right towards the wall, got the matching litter catcher to set in front of opening and pushed it towards the wall, work GREAT dog stays out of it and no has to see the litter box :) I also purchased a turntable and sat the litter box on it, makes changing a breeze, just turn it towards the doors. Great purchase!!

I got the white modern one and my furniture and style is minimalist mid century modern. Looks great. I’ll probably change out the pulls to something else to match the gold in my room. These are silver. I was a bit upset tho the box was delivered and two pieces were slightly split. It wasn’t until after I put it away put it together I saw the paper saying do not remove it from the box etc. oh well looks good and works. Way better than any other option online. I looked for months.
