Return
Policy on The Refine Feline Cat Furniture Items
We
accept returns up to 30 days from purchase. Product must be in resalable
condition, free from hair and wear. Returns will only be accepted
if a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) has been issued.

an RMA#.

Warranty Policy
We
offer consumers a 6 month limited warranty. Warranty covers
manufacturers defect and does not cover carpet and sisal wear and
tear.
Consumers are responsible for shipping cost of returning the product.

damage due to shipping must be reported to Customer Service within
